To keep our prices as affordable as possible, most of our items are ordered after a customer places an order with Mallard Moments Children's Boutique. Once your order is received, we will review it and place the order with our supplier. In the rare circumstance that an item becomes unavailable due to a supplier inventory or supply issue , we will contact you via email and provide a full reimbursement for the unavailable item(s).

These situations are very uncommon, but we want to be transparent about our ordering process.
