Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, processing times, and carrier delays.

Once your order has been picked up by Shipping carrier, it is officially in the carrier's possession. At that point, Mallard Moments Children's Boutique is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Any shipping issues that occur after the package has been picked up should be addressed directly with the appropriate shipping carrier.

Tracking Information will be provided when available so you can monitor your package's progress.

Please be aware that shipping and processing times may be longer during holiday seasons and peak shopping periods due to increased order volume and carrier delays.
